The more I scroll, the less I remember

And honestly? That scares me a little.

You ever read 12 carousels, 3 long captions, and a podcast transcript… and then realize you retained none of it?

Same.

Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m learning in fragments.
Swipe. Tap. Save. Forget.
It’s like my brain’s stuck in skim mode.

Every post sounds smart. Every caption feels urgent.
But when I pause, I notice something strange.
It’s getting harder to think deeply. Or even remember what I just read.

So I started writing my way through it.

This week I launched a new blog series:
🧠 CTRL+ALT+Understand
For those of us who feel overwhelmed by content but still want to stay thoughtful, curious, and grounded.

We’re kicking things off with:

🧠 CTRL+ALT+Understand #1: Everyone Sounds Smart, and I’m Just Trying to Keep Up
It’s about AI-generated language, info overload, and how I sometimes fake understanding just to keep up.

Let’s slow down our scroll brains.
Together.

Talk soon,
